Terms of Membership

These terms form the agreement between you and Amora when you use amorasoul.com. Please read them carefully — by creating an account you accept them.
1. Who can join
Amora is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. We verify members and remove any account that does not, without refund where fraud is involved.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. One genuine person, one account. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. How you treat others
Members speak to one another with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, explicit or illegal content, solicitation, spam and impersonation are prohibited and lead to suspension or permanent removal.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and words you share. You grant Amora a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and (for messages) machine-translate them solely to operate the service. You are responsible for content you upload and confirm you have the right to share it.
5. Memberships & credits
Memberships and credit packs are one-time purchases at the price shown before payment, with no automatic renewal. Credits are a prepaid balance used for in-app features (Fast Match, gifts, unlocks); they have no cash value and are non-refundable once spent.
6. EU right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Because access to digital content begins immediately, by purchasing you ask us to start at once and acknowledge you lose the withdrawal right for any credits already spent. Unused purchases are refundable within 14 days.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Prices include applicable VAT. A receipt is issued for each purchase.
8. Suspension & termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the law. You can keep using paid features until any purchased period or balance is used or expires.
9. Service & liability
Amora is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it safe and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the conduct of other members. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the EU member state in which Amora is established, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; we will notify members of material changes in-app or by email and show the effective date below.
